Calvin founded LiveGRACE and transformed the team’s early hosting experience into a professional hospitality business, expanding operations from Taipei and Shanghai into the Tokyo market.
He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania. With a background in software engineering, digital marketing, and hospitality, he leads LiveGRACE’s business strategy, operations, and growth, focusing on thoughtful design, efficient operations, and human-centered hospitality.
Vivian specializes in the revitalization of historic buildings, hotels, and commercial spaces. With over 20 years of architectural and interior design experience, her work spans Taiwan, Shanghai, California, Japan, and New Zealand.
Her hospitality experience began more than 13 years ago through part-time Airbnb hosting in Taipei, giving her first-hand insight into how guests experience and use a space.
Her design approach combines architectural perspective with human experience, creating meaningful connections between people and spaces.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Design, taught architecture at university, and was recognized as one of China’s Top 10 Outstanding Mid-Generation Interior Designers in 2019.

After nearly a decade in online advertising, Lisa transitioned into guest experience services, gradually sharing the company’s vision with the team, guests, and partners.
She believes that “one can be simple, but never unkind.” Curious yet learning persistence, she enjoys spending time with animals—and occasionally battles with her love of food.
Having lived in Tainan, Taichung, Taipei, Kyoto, and Shanghai, Giselle embraces the lifestyle of each city while maintaining a consistent aesthetic perspective.
She sees space as a fusion of rationality and sensibility—from architecture to interior details, and even spiritual experiences—all becoming part of everyday life.
She enjoys engaging in artful activities and often shares her culinary and floral creations online.
Born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Nghi studied hotel management and began her career in international environments where she discovered her true passion—language and cultural exchange.
She believes languages are bridges between people, helping build deeper understanding and connections. This belief drives her to explore new cultures and languages around the world.
