Where are your hotels and home located?

Our properties are located in major districts such as Akasaka, Azabu, and Shibuya in Tokyo.  We also have villas located in the Kawaguchiko area near Mt. Fuji. 

Can I park there?

Unfortunately, there's no parking at LiveGRACE Hotel.

Is there a restaurant?

Unfortunately, there's no restaurant at LiveGRACE Hotel.

Can I request early check-in, late check-out or luggage storage?

If you'd like to request these services, please check availability first.

Do you change towels during my stay?

Towels and bedding will not be changed during your stay, and there will be no cleaning service.  These services can be requested depending on availability, and additional charges will apply.

Can I cancel my reservation and receive a full refund?

We use strict policy and most of the time your cancellation will require a fee.

To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided that you cancel before 14 days prior to check-in date.

If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in, you will be refunded 50%.

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50%

If they cancel after 7 days before check-in, you’ll receive no refund.
