Before You Stay

Is parking available?

On-site parking is not generally available.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

No. LiveGRACE properties do not have on-site restaurants.

Can I request early check-in, late check-out, or luggage storage?

These requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in advance before making plans.

Are towel changes included during my stay?

Towel changes, bedding changes, and cleaning are not included during your stay. They may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

What is the cancellation policy?

We apply a strict cancellation policy.

A full refund is available only if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 56 days before check-in.

Cancellations made 56 or fewer days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
