LiveGRACE Hotel Azabu

LiveGRACE Azabu, located in Azabu, Tokyo, allow guests experience the fusion of culture and city with nearby attractions such as Tokyo Tower, Azabudai Hill and Zojoji Temple. Within a 10-mintue walk, you find supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants.
This elevator apartment hotel has five independent suites with one suite per floor, offering guests privacy. Each suite is elegantly furnished with a work area, suitable for small families or business travelers. The hotel also offers a laundry room.

We are a six-story apartment hotel with five separate suites located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors.

					Vivian and her team were very responsive. The place is in a very nice neighbourhood, super close to Tokyo tower. About 10 walk is Azabudai Hills with shops, coffee and restaurants. The foot hall is not due to open until March 13, so we just missed it. The location is close to Oedo line (5 min walk). As well, grocery stores are close by. We have a toddler and although they did not have a pack and play, they helped us order one from Japan Amazon and also helped us set it up. All in all, a great place and would stay again next time.

					This is a great place to stay for a family of 4. It’s in the centre of town right next to the tower. It’s comfortable, the beds are great to sleep on and very well designed. 

We loved how the sofa bed worked for our two girls who enjoyed their own space. 



I think the apartment is more spacious than the photos and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

					Very cute and comfortable. Warm in the winter, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to three subway stations. Would recommended.

					Great little place super well located not far from Roppongi and amazing restaurants. 

3 of us felt comfortable and slept really well.

Only improvement would be to have proper sound insulation between kitchen and bedroom as one of us worked early and we could hear everything in bedroom 

Otherwise value is great for Tokyo

FYI if you need luggage stored you have to use another place as they can’t do that, we used an app called use bounce few minutes away was super easy

					We really enjoyed our stay at Vivian's! The location of the apartment was excellent, located closely to the Tokyo tower and the nearest train station just 3 mins by foot. The security was also another highlight with keypads at the lobby/public area. Vivian's team were also very friendly and responsive.

					Absolutely loved this place! Had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is incredible, with amazing fit and finish. Feels more like a high end hotel than an apartment. Super nice. And Vivian and her team were super helpful, very accommodating, and extremely responsive. Totally perfect experience. Very close to the subway station which was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

					Thank you Vivian for a wonderful home away from home! The apartment was so cozy and warm and clean! The mattress was great and the linens were soft and comfortable. The place was clutter free and had lots of hidden space for storage. It was very relaxing - we didn't want to leave we were so comfortable there. Location wise it was perfect for us - peaceful and quiet. The metro was only a few mins away. There is a great pizza place around the corner and many independent Japanese chefs scattered throughout the neighborhood (just need reservation!)

This guest room is located on the 2nd floor. You can enter this suite by taking the elevator from the front door of the hotel to the 2nd floor. The entire space is approximately 35 square meters, with one bedroom and one living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (2 single beds combined) and an open Japanese style tea room space. The kitchenette has a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary equipment and facilities for convenient living. The overall space is bright and comfortable, quiet and tasteful.

This guest room is located on the 5th floor. You can enter this independent suite by taking the elevator to the 5th floor after entering from the front door of the hotel. The living room is a tatami area with a Japanese-style coffee table and chairs, which can be used as a tea room for everyday use, and two Japanese-style mattresses can be laid on top of the tatami mats for nighttime sleep after changing the placement of the coffee table and chairs. The kitchenette has a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary equipment and facilities for living. The whole space is bright and comfortable, quiet and unique.

Top Floor 6F Guest Room

6th Floor Studio
This guest room is located on the 6th floor. Enter through the front door of the hotel and take the elevator to the 6th floor to enter this independent suite. The entire space is approximately 13 square meters, with a sofa bed that can be unfolded into 2 single beds. There is a simple office space by the bay window. There is a kitchenette but without a stove nor sink. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, a rice cooker and other cooking equipment that does not produce smoke. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet.
