The villa, a two-story house, is located in a quiet valley right by Lake Kawaguchiko. Entire property covers an area of about 900 square meters and is surrounded by mountains with view overlooking Lake Kawaguchi. This vacation house was partially renovated in 2021, showing an elegant modern style and maintaining the warmth of a Japanese-style home. The comfortable and bright high-ceiling living room and kitchen, and the peaceful Japanese rooms have views of natural yard and mountain.

The space
This high-ceiling building has 2 floors, the first floor is about 100 square meters, and the second floor is about 70 square meters. The yard is about 700 square meters and can park 3-4 spaces. Our renovation design deliberately preserves the warmth and brightness of the original building, including the preservation of original wooden floors, cabinets and tatami rooms & mats. We redesigned the open kitchen and elegant western-style master bedroom. We also add brand new furniture and bathrooms to provide comfort and elegance, and recreate more dining and living spaces where family and friends can enjoy gathering moments.
